Here at Crocketts Up North we take pride in putting a smile on your face, who doesn't smile when they get ice cream!?!
We offer 24 plus flavors of ice cream and sugar in almost every form. Try an old-fashioned shake, malt, or freeze hand scooped and mixed on our old school shake machines. We're also baking cookies and other confections daily in our micro-bakery. Crockett's is a busy place with a newly expanded drink counter offering everything espresso and full menu of dirty sodas. We are open daily so follow the waffle cone smell straight to our front door.

Artisan Grilled Cheese & Fresh Deli Sandwiches
We're pretty certain you have never had a grilled cheese as good as ours. Every sandwich on our menu has been carefully curated to highlight a different profile. All of our sandwiches are piled high with house made sauces, meats, cheeses, and fresh produce. We highly suggest trying everyone.
Our sandwich names are a nod to the blue-collar industries in Trinity County that keep America rockin' & rollin'. Stop in and enjoy a beer and sandwich (or ice cream) on the deck in Historic downtown Weaverville.
In addition to sandwiches, we also offer salads, soups, and something called squirrel snacks (photo below). The Sandwich counter is open daily.
